Were wounded as a result of the terrorist attack – Compensation amount 5,000,000 shekels.

Are family members/ heir of Israeli citizens who died as a result of the terrorist attack – Compensation amount 10,000,000 shekels.

Were in settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip, in combat zones in the south, or at the Nova, Psyduck, Milva parties, and were also preparing for the Midburn event on October 7, 2023.

Are military personnel or security personnel who were not on duty at 6:30 am on October 7th.

Are close relatives of those killed, kidnapped, or returned from captivity since October 7, 2023.

Important Note: Individuals with a confirmed disability of 10% to 100% due to hostile actions, who are already receiving compensation from the National Insurance Institute or the Ministry of Defense, are generally not eligible for this grant.
